Great Geo., don't be going giving them ideas! 

I remember back in the day there were pamphlets, shows, etc. on energy
efficiency (water heater blankets, etc.)  and home inspectors etc. but the
other day I saw some blurb about some chick providing that same service to
homeowners, but now they call it a "carbon footprint" analysis
and charge who knows what for it.

The kicker? The chick tries to make the homeowner feel guilty if their
"carbon footprint" is still too large and offers the chance to
send money in so some company can plant a tree in their name, or some such
nonsense, thus supposedly offseting that big old bad "footprint."

Sheesh. P.T. Barnum was right.
