Exactly. Now, there also *are* freelance, non-state homicidal nutters out
there. But is there any reason a US administration might find it useful to
blur the distinction between the rulers of Iran and NK and them? as if,
say, one were to blur the distinction between Iraq's late Ba'athist
dictator and Al Qaeda?
