Oh yes. My NTP server was the built-in service in W2003. I had W2003
syncing with some external NTP site, then various internal clients
(including NT4) syncing with the W2003.

I vaguely recall that W2000 Server did not provide quite the same NTP
server? Anyhow, there is a Microsoft service for an NT4 NTP client.
