Subject: VICTORY IN TENNESSEE!!!!
Directors, the 6th circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinatti ruled today to
uphold the lower court's decision in the Tennessee open records case (Doe v.
Sundquist et al). The court ordered this case dismissed and we have OPEN
RECORDS IN TENNESSEE!!!
The ruling leaves grounds for the plaintiffs to appeal to the Supreme Court
and we do anticipate such an appeal.
As soon as we have the actual ruling we will issue a press release!!!
