Hi Patrick,

Hm... I'm confused. Here is my situation and questions.
I flashed the modem with the 1.440 09 beta and ATI3 gives me this:
V1.440-09-V34_DS
SupraFAXModem 288
Built: May 24 1996 13:17:08
However, ATI gives me:
28800
AT10 gives me:
101,104,115,120,121,123,140,141,142,143,144,146,147,149,150,151,153,154,156,15
7,
185,186,190
SupraFAXModem 288
101=Class 1 FAX           104=Class 2 FAX           115=V.17 14.4Kbps FAX
120=World Wide support    121=V.23                  123=Blacklisting
140=V.32bis 14.4Kbps data 141=SilentAnswer          142=CallerID
143=MNP10                 144=MNP10/Cellular        146=AT\S config display
147=V.FC 28.8Kbps data    149=V.FC 24.0Kbps data    150=Enhanced &F options
151=Enhanced rate control 153=V.34 28.8Kbps data    154=SilentAnswer Plus
156=Distinctive Ring 157=RINGING response code 185=Serial Plug and Play
186=V.80 Sync Access Mode 190=FLASH memory
ATI7 gives me:
RC288DPi Rev 04BC
So my questions are:
1. Do I need a hardware upgrade to get 33.6?
2. If so, can this upgrade be "user installed" or am I going to have
    to ship my modem back to do it? (I would really hope not)
3. Since I was one of the early sysops to upgrade to the VFC then the
    V34, I've got an older DSP. Will I be given any kind of a break on
    the cost of a hardware upgrade since I jumped in early, paid a
    relatively high price and helped support Supra's moves into VFC and
    V34?
Regards,
                  >
