Ah. ok. Works in the army and a lot of businesses, Union or no. Unions are
a balance (Of managerial abuses (Like the whip:-) ) and abuses of union
power, threatening to strike if Ladies rest rooms were not outfitted with
Silver-plated Bidets. (OR whatever.)Unions operate quite differently in
other countries, and probably here also. I'm a life-member of AFTRA, And
ACTRA, m'self, and found unions are very disparate - from very good - lots
of cooperation to continual bickering, to non-observance and non
compliance. To management they're a pain to members a God-send. That
workers get a say in how the business is run...is, I admit, a bit strange.
OK, How close do I come to being reasonable? I concede to not being
knowledgeable...
