Not even close.

Hitze in der Schweitz.

Exceptionally for a country name in German, Switzerland is feminine. Die
Schweitz. Die Turkei is the only other one that comes to mind.

"im" is a contraction of "in dem" - the masculine dative.

It's "der Schweitz" because der is the dative feminine declension
of the definite article. The dative is used to indicate a lack of movement
- if you were crossing the border it would be die - the accusative
declension to indicate movement. In die Schweitz.

"Im Laden" means to be in a shop. "In den Laden" means
to enter one.

I hope that's clear.

Oh - and "heisse" used as a noun means loose women - something
much rarer even than this year's snow. You don't say "I am hot"
in German, but "I find it hot". Not "Ich bin heiss"
but "Mir ist (es) heiss".

Japanese is easier in this regard - it has neither definite nor indefinite articles.

I was actually propositioned by a Swiss woman once, but it was in Venice
and I was busy.
