Energy Commission, admitted for the first time at the Herzliya Conference
on Sunday that Israel is a nuclear "threshold state."

A threshold state is defined as one with the potential for developing
nuclear weapons, but which has not officially announced this. "

"Nonethless, there was a "crawling forward... as a result of
which three threshold states present themselves, which remain outside the
NPT [Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty]: India, Pakistan and Israel."

Note the company. Note that both Pakistan & India have been under Us
sanctions as a result.

Note the fact that India & Pakistan are nuclear armed & note the
person making the comments & his position.


So sanctions or is the whole anti-proliferation legal framework a western
fiction aimed at suppressing the darker skinned types?
