Ann Coulter, Rush Limbaugh, and Sean Hannity are doing pretty
well for themselves these days.  With the President himself being
their biggest fan.

On the other side of the coin is Chuck Todd, Rachel Maddow,
and Don Lemon.  They are also on the President's mind ...
