This is a paid position and Curtis will be moving to Baltimore.
This is definitely not another level of bureaucracy but adding additional
manpower to the technology area.  there is more work then any one person
could do, and this will help.  Curtis will be able to become involved in
technology-related activities that will ensure that we have better access to
technology in the future.
This is actually an extremely positive more.
