If you need fidoconfig manual for version 1.4 you may do the following:
1. check out fidoconfig
cvs -z9 -d:pserver:anonymous{at}husky.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/husky co -r
fidoconf-1_4-stable fidoconf
2. change to the directory where you have checked out and then `cd fidoconf/doc`.
3. compile the manual
makeinfo --force --html --no-split fidoconfig.texi
