You will not find any writing, description, article or information
pertaining to BOTH the Regin infector/trojan AND Windows 9x.

So again we see that technical journalists continue the obfuscation that
lumps Windows 9x/me into the same vulnerability boat as the Windows-NT
line.

I would bet you real money that Regin would fail to install, load,
function, replicate or communicate if it (or it's loader / dropper) ever
found itself running on a Win-9x system.
