Hello Mike,
Yes, from the documentation I found at
ftp://209.216.61.149/cn/nic/spec-8111b(140).pdf the Realtek 8111B is a
PHY transmitter and PHY receiver.  The gigabit bandwidth is useless as
the DSL bridge isn't gigabit capable, anyway.
