If I add an area myself and a message comes in from that uplink the area is 
automatically created and all is well. It's just that when a downlink makes an 
areamgr request for an area that is listed they get a reply that says the area 
was not found.

I'm not sure if I need to configure that uplink somehow, or if I need to look 
more at the nodes setup.. or both!
