Run your terminal program and type the following once:
AT&F&C1&D2&K3X3\N3%C3W2S0=0S95=47&W
Use ATZ as your init string thereafter.
As for the connect speed reported, Dynalinks by default report the DTE
rate; that is the speed between the modem and the PC. ATW2S95=47 will fix
this.
