Not the same thing and you should be bright enough to realize it. Are the
benefits and pay to the Guard and Reserve different than those for active
duty ? I don't care if the reporter worked with someone in phasing the
question or not as that doesn't affect the truth of the facts. I guess its
a lot easier if you decide the messenger disagrees with you so ignore the
message.
