? Then how do we finance the government ? Would you invest in a business
where they borrow continuously to run their day to day operations ?

How many countries finance their ongoing expenses ( not capital
expenditures ) from borrowing?

I would knock any government that exists through borrowing funds for the
foreseeable future for their operating cost. And I sure as hell wouldn't
invest unless I saw some serious evidence that they would be able and
willing to change things.

Eventually we have to pay the bill. Right now we rely on foreign
governments to cover our rear. What happens if say the Saudi government is
overthrown and they decide that they don't like us?
