Interesting that one is currently being forced to pay for something which
should be supplied free of charge with fax/modems, purely as a matter of
courtesy.  Indeed, the first V.32bis modem I ever owned (an imported
Lightcomm 144F which cost me A$750 landed in Australia) had an extremely
comprehensive manual, and included every Class 1 command known to mankind,
along with a complete description of each individual string's function.

Wish I'd photocopied it before passing it on now...
