1) create a query and select the fields you need and rename the answer table 
and do yhis three times and you're ready.
2) copy the original table to the three new ones and modify the structure of 
each new table: just delete the fields you don't need.

Mmm... i have done this once and had no problems. Use TUTILITY on the new 
table to see if it's OK. That's all i can come up with.
