who ever said that curtis was going to be a bureaucrat.  the demands
upon us to be out front in leading the way to effective technology
applications for blind people simply mean that we need more talented
people in this area.  considering the fact that the nfb is very
conservative about adding staff, you should be quite encouraged about
the fact that the emphasis is being placed on technology.  he would be
coming if we could handled the present and anticipated workload without
