I'm curious about why there is a small passel of messages from October 2009
just now showing up in this conference. Are they from some BBS that was
off-line for 2-3 months that has only recently rejoined the Fidonet mail
distribution network?

The usurper file link that you listed does not seem to be operational. Its
got a message saying "The file you are trying to access is temporarily
unavailable." Is there any other Fidonet related sites available
that
also have the usurp020e.zip file available for download? I would like to
get a copy of it for myself just in case it might have coding techniques in
use that I would find of usage in my Lord igm programs. Donald
