I agree with that. It is just that part of the thread had encompassed
general situations, not just one where training was an integral part.

I understand what you are saying. My only point is that the 'higher
standard' *only* applies to situations where a particular expertise is
required and only that expertise should be applied. In the case of a
police officer or an EMT technician, or a lawyer, it should only be
during the performance of his/her duties.
