I re-iterate that the mil vehicle of the 21st century is the std 4x4 pickup.

Why on earth people should use hummers where a quick order to toyota etc
would be quicker, cheaper & less visible is beyond me.

Find out what the top pickup models in the local area are & buy lots of
them. Then you can leave em as a gift to the local gov when leaving &
there's lots of parts & labour which knows how to service them etc.etc.

I'll bet Toyota etc could have had car transporters docking in Kuwait city
at the same time as the invasion was gathering.

You then build std kits to fit std pickups e.g. armoured sides or a pintle
mounted gpmg.

Another good reason to go for Japanese/std pickups. You probably get
airconditioning as well.
