That contracting job I had paid about the same as the unemployment I was
getting, and ended up being only about 20hr/wk due to the supply screw-ups.
 At least it got my wife back to work.

And my current job, which includes my old responsibilities plus, is still
paying me $4K/yr less than my previous, despite me now having a bunch of
nice letters after my name (--but the brochure for the computer classes
said I'd make a *bunch* more!)
