Last night I ran into my old team lead: after the Christmas break they finally started up again in March or April, but cut the team from 20-odd to about five. He was doing his lead work *and* some installs, and getting pressured because they weren't working hard enough. He finally bailed and is currently unemployed. I submitted his and the other lead's resumes to my company as soon as I was hired, but no dice; we are still in a slump as far as phone systems go. -- Steve http://www.qmss.com/sewing --- BBBS/NT v4.01 Flag-5* Origin: Barktopia BBS Site http://HarborWebs.com:8081 (1:379/45) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 379/45 1 633/267 |
