If you're using Win95, the modem must be run through Windows.
If you're using Win3.1, the modem may be using an IRQ too high for the 
software. Double check the software IRQ capabilities.

No Garth, the SupraExpress modem is not flashable.

Double check your settings. Be sure the flow control is set to hardware
