You can specify predefined name/address pairs in resolv.

ICS 4.1.1beta will not operate correctly unless a DNS is available *at the
time it started*. This means if you are using it on a machine with a
dial-only Internet connection, you *must* start the dial connection and log
in *before* starting ICS.
