Being right on the shores of Georgian Bay here with the prevailing wind right off the water I often see several storms a year with 100+ kph (60 mph) winds.. I just had a perfectly healthy 65 foot pine come down on my power lines the other day in fact.. not amused.. and that was in only a 90kph wind, but steady for a couple of days.. Lost the power for about 25 hours.. Had to fight with the power company to get them to come in and pull it off of the 7200 volt lines it was bouncing on.. --- * SLMR Rob * That's my opinion...
