Tell David he would be better setting up the current versions of
Binkleyterm (v2.60) and Maximus (v3.01).

I suspect the modem may really be an M7F.

The profiles I have used here are below.  Set up your modem's profile as
below and save it to non-volatile RAM using the AT&W command.  The init
string for Binkleyterm then becomes ATZ|.  Set the init string for Max to
ATZ as well but this will not be used if using BBSBatch or SpawnBBS hand
over methods.

Set up Binkleyterm to hand over to Maximus using the BBSBatch method if
using DOS or SpawnBBS method if using OS/2 - sample bat/cmd files are
described in the docs.
