William Kristol did the same in this morning's Washington Post (link
below).  I wonder how long conservatives think they can get way with
bashing Rummy (rightfully so) while some absolving Bush of blame for him?
While Kristol accuses Rumsfield of buck-passing, the new anti-Rummy
conservatives are doing it for Bush .

All defense secretaries in wartime have, needless to say, made
misjudgments. Some have stubbornly persisted in their misjudgments. But
have any so breezily dodged responsibility and so glibly passed the buck?
