IMO, a car radiator /is/ an emergent structure in a self-organising
system - and thus qualifies as a dissipative structure. It emerges
from a the dynamics of a larger system - which includes economic and
human interactions.
A *particular* car radiator may not itself change - but the blueprint
for car radiators in the car factory certainly /can/ change - and
the whole system of which the car radiator is a component is certainly
self-organising.
