It's great that it worked for you, but such comments don't help those of us 
who are having problems.

Ah, now some troubleshooting help.  Unfortunately, in my case,
yes 38400 was attempted, as well as 19200 and 9600.  None worked.  Nor from 
as clean a configuration as possible (F5 clean boot). Nor using all flavors 
of Xmodem available in Qmodem DOS.  The upload runs to about 12-17% complete, 
then quits with "CANCELLED BY RECEIVER" message, a little different than PR's 
NAK message.  The end result is the
same...the upload flash isn't working on some systems (or modems???).
