The reasons I cited came from cast members who were willing to frankly
discuss these matters.
Throwing of things may occur on all rides, but people don't get hurt by
it unless theitem is dropped from above. If someone throws a package in
Space Mountain it lands on the floor. If they drop it from the sky tram
or peoplemover it can really hurt people. Haven't you ever watched
people spitting from those rides?
I don't wish to make this into an argument. This is a Disney echo and I
want it to remain fun. I was just writing what I was told.
