Consider it to be part of the pay , not a benefit. Would you allow an
employer to tell you where you can spend you money ?

However it can cause a good bit of your funds to wind up in a risky ,
unwise place. I moved mine when I could as the public statements ( and
finiancial statements) of the company did not always match what I saw .

Well I would almost like to see a few taken out and dealt with as the
Chinese do . If management knows they will be caught and will
loose if they break the rules it may prevent some of the Enron etc stuff,
at least for the larger companies. Best thing is for the scandals not to
happen.

The President of the company I worked for ( Insurance, in the overall
corporation he was a division type head) made it a point to NOT know a lot
of things. great legal strategy, if he doesn't know he can honestly say no
on a witness stand, Very bad management /leadership tactic, He has since
moved up in the corporation
