Granted.  I am focusing more on the fact that this is essentially hearsay;
an email from the FBI references an Executive Order that can't be produced
(for that matter, that's the tack the administration is taking, too: ain't
no such order).

If the ACLU obtained the docs from the gov't, they'd be pretty stupid to
try and doctor them, though: obviously the gov't knows what they were
given.
