I gave up on pleasing everyone years ago.   I do run Blue Wave now
for Nancy's use (she's the only one besides me that uses it) but I don't
mind.  She and another user call nearly every day and that's about it for
now.  As long as someone else besides me finds the BBS useful, I'll keep
running it.
