Why didn't you ask the question outright? What sort of paranoia do you 
suffer from?
The NIH, and I know several of the researchers there from when I was at 
USAIIDR, does not "set up" studies for failure.
Actually, you are partially right, I cannot help you. But you do need 
help.

You have no problems now Mr Kemp......I am not here to please you. I think 
this echo is not the right one for you.  I am asking that you take yourself 
and your opinions elsewhere.  YOu see I DO ask and request people to stop 
posting as I did several times to the flamers.  The angry post you saw from 
me was after repeated requests ignored.  So, now I am calmly, quietly asking 
you to move on to another echo and as you so aptly put it that all I had to 
do was request the flaming and arguing and bickering and name calling to stop 
and it would have ceased immediately.  Don't know what planet you're from but 
that isn't the case with people that thing" Oh that Can't pertain to ME".  So 
now I've asked, I expect you to move on, out of the echo with no further 
posts, arguements or comments.
