 I dont know much myself, only what I read on the Internet. I have asked USR
if they will be supporting it and they dont know (Or aint saying :)

 I read its more robust that V.fc/V.34 (it would want to be :)

 Its also FULL DUPLEX (not like X2) and works on normal analog lines.. it 
sounds better than X2 to me!..
