Many things are talked here.  Hot food is one of them! I make more 
oriental/chinese foods which is a different flavor.
Most of my cooking is pretty simple.
Try this one.
Snapper- red or pink.
Lemon-black pepper salt to taste
Put the fish in a plastic bag.  Put the spice on it.  Mix with your hands, 
and let sit 4-5 hours, then cook at 425 in a pre-heated oven for about 7 
ns.
Goes good with a can of corn and some rice.
