Well, I know about McIntosh amps, and no way in hell can I afford em...
My mind is still set on the PPI Sedona amps... I was gonna get 4
4-channel amps... bridge 2 of em and run the other 2 in 4 chnl mode for
my interior mids & tweetz.  I know about the acoustic problems of cars,
sounds reflecting offa glass.  Also the nice low freq bass boost that
most cars have is real nice... kinda brings yer -3db point from say
40Hz, to like 16Hz.  (Read article in CarAudio mag about that thang...
lose nothing gain everything).  But there was a BMW with 13"'ers in the
kick panels and motorized mid/tweets that rose up outa the dash and they
said the imaging in that car was like a concert hall!  So, it can be
done, but it's a question of what do you wanna pay?!
