Jim,
If you slow down the reaction time in your speech program, you
may find that the proper line is even read as you move to it with
the arrow keys. That is, if the currently highlighted line is
read when you use the hot key it means it is being properly
recognized, so the speech program is simply reading the line
before it has actually changed on the screen.
