No.  Obviously God invented Evolution.  Evolution, with all the many
permutations and possibilities provides for the occurance of genetic
mutations.  Some successful, some not.  Some good, some not.
Heterosexuality is normal.  Homosexuality is a genetic mutation.  It is a
deviation from normal.

Its entirely clear in the Bible that God loves Man AND despises homosexual
sexual activity.
