1.  I work for an Intellectual Property Law firm (Trademarks, Patents, 
Copyrights, etc.).
2.  Numbers can be "copyrighted."
3.  And on the subject of Trademarks, they can be trademarked.  Look at 
Windows 3.1.  It is trademarked.
