IEEE make money from sales of the POSIX standard(s) books and for this
reason I don't think that they can be found on the Internet. I've searched
and asked around before but couldn't find anything. This was a few years ago
and I could be wrong, in fact I'd love to be wrong.

The next best thing to the POSIX standards is "The Single UNIX Specification,
version 2", which can be found somewhere at http://www.opengroup.org. It can
be downloaded as a compressed HTML tree.
