Interestingly enough, this time around, I noticed that my editor changed it to a control-L which is what tells my printer that it should go to the next sheet of paper... Maybe that's why TG spazzes? And when I tried to read your reply to me, most bbses (particularly WC boards) just spat it so fast that all I got of the message was the part starting with the FF2 to the end of what would have been the first screen. You must have finally seen the original message from Matt, at least from my repost, then? In BW, the character didn't cause any problems, and it displayed as the same symbol I see on a few boards at the bottom of a welcome screen just before it goes to the next screen... ttyl neb ... I don't have a solution but I admire the problem. ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.20 --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v3.0pr5* Origin: ::The Holodeck BBS:: telnet//:holodeckbbs.homeip.net (1:261/1381) SEEN-BY: 10/1 3 11/200 331 14/250 18/200 34/999 120/228 123/500 128/2 187 SEEN-BY: 140/1 222/2 226/0 236/150 249/303 250/306 261/20 38 100 1381 1404 SEEN-BY: 261/1406 1410 1411 1418 266/1413 280/1027 320/119 396/45 633/104 260 SEEN-BY: 633/267 285 690/682 734 712/848 800/432 801/161 189 2222/700 2320/100 SEEN-BY: 2320/105 200 303 5030/1256 @PATH: 261/1381 38 633/260 267 |
