Thanks for the reply and the link.  I had a look at it but I am afraid 
that I don't have a good enough understanding of printers and their 
drivers to read that page and reach the conclusion you did above.  Could 
you elaborate on why it is specialized and the how apparent lack of PCL 
will prevent it from working.
