 We just went over this. That is *NOT* what he said he did. And
 you know it. He said he took the initiative in congress. If he
 was not detailed enough to suit you that was probably because he
 was giving an explanation that would be understood by people who
 had some knowledge of the subject.

 First you would have to know the internet was not "invented", it
 was, though, created. Second you would have to realize no one
 person created the internet. Third, you would have to understand
 just what congress does.

 Those who fail on those three things cannot understand what he
 said, so they continue to accuse him of having claimed to have
 invented the internet.
