Specs tell us:
EMULATION: PCL6, IBM Proprinter, Epson FX-850
So the printer is good enough by all means.
My guess is the enemy aka Windy has disabled partly the PCL6 emulation.
Or maybe uses IBM Proprinter or Epson FX-850 without your consent.
I would like to advise you to detach the printer from Windy and do some
tests with the printer directly attached to the USB port of the eCS
computer.
Also, if a resulution 360*360 would be good enough, you could consider
to install the Epson FX-850 printer driver on all systems.
Incidently, as it is about PCL6, the latest HP laserdriver should do the
job as well.
