Telegard's internal message viewer, which can properly display ANSI files
"inline", was indeed going off because it was interpreting that
character as a page feed.  I had to respond to that message (like this one)
in GoldEd to view it properly.  I'm not sure what's inserting that
character in there, but it'll get fixed.
