 The Modem becomes really slow, and sometimes the Modem Ready light goes

 off. Secondly if I go to another phone, I can hear the Call Waiting beeps

 in the background.



 People kept on telling me that my Modem will drop the carrier, but it

 doesn't, this is my problem.
